"Good deal and easy purchase"
I had a look around at a few different places before buying, and Euronics came out cheaper than the others I checked. The whole thing was straightforward, and I’m happy with the price I paid. Not much else to say really, a solid deal overall.
"Installation was a bit of a mess"
So... the delivery itself was fine, but the installation really let the whole thing down. The installer showed up late, seemed to rush through the job, and then left packaging all over the place. I had to call twice before anyone actually sorted it out. i expected better
"Delivery was fine, but the driver seemed worn out"
I ordered from Euronics and, to be fair, the delivery turned up on the day they said it would. The driver brought it right to the door and everything arrived in one piece, so on the basics there wasn’t really anything to complain about.
That said, he seemed rushed and tired of dealing with people, if that makes sense. I asked a quick question and got a blunt answer back, not exactly rude, but not friendly either. I’d probably order again, but the delivery experience could definitely feel a bit more welcoming.

The staff seemed to know their stuff and helped me choose without making a big deal of it. I wasn’t totally sure what I needed at first, but they made it easy

"Found it in Stock when no one else had it"
I’d looked around at a few other shops and Euronics was the only place that actually had it available. ordering was quick, no messing about, and it was just really Handy not having to wait ages for it

"Not the best experience at my local shop"
I stopped by my local store the service wasn’t great. I waited around for help, but the staff didn’t seem very interested. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I don’t think I’ll be going back

I had to return something to euronics.co.uk the whole thing got off to a bad start. It wasn’t immediately clear what I was supposed to do, and I had to dig around a bit before getting proper instructions. Not the best first impression when you’re already dealing with a return.
The refund did come through eventually, so it worked out in the end, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Customer service were polite enough, though I did have to chase them once. Overall, it wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either

"Payment took a few tries"
I tried to pay and it didn’t go through the first couple of times, which was annoying. Not a huge disaster, but whoever runs this should really make the checkout process smoother. My order did get confirmed in the end, so it was okay overall

"Warranty support was a letdown"
I reached out for warranty help and it took forever to get anywhere. It’s not even about that so much, I get that things can take time, but after all the waiting they still didn’t actually fix or sort out the issue. Frustrating experience overall.

Ordering was easy overall, and everything arrived fine with no real fuss. I just expected the instructions to be a bit clearer, especially for getting started, but otherwise it was a smooth experience.

"Good value for what I needed"
I ordered a new washing machine from euronics.co.uk and was happy with the price. I’d checked a few other places first, and this came out better, with a reasonable delivery cost too. Overall, it felt like a decent deal for what I needed.
The only small thing was that the delivery updates could have been a bit clearer, which is why I’d probably say 4 stars rather than 5. The machine arrived safely though and works just as it should, so I’d be happy to use them again and would gently recommend giving them a look

I ordered a fridge because the website clearly showed it was in stock, so I assumed it was actually available and went ahead with the purchase. A few days later, I was told they didn’t have it after all, which was really frustrating because by that point I’d already wasted time waiting instead of looking somewhere else. I get that stock can change, but if something is listed as available, the information should be accurate or at least updated quickly. Just felt like a avoidable hassle

"Old fridge taken away without any hassle"
I ordered a new fridge from euronics.co.uk and paid extra for them to take the old one away. The delivery guys removed it with no fuss at all and were quick about it, which is exactly what you’d hope for, isn’t it? They did turn up a bit later than I was expecting, but it wasn’t a huge problem. Overall, good service and definitely easier than sorting out a council collection myself.

"Good repair, no hassle"
I had a repair arranged through Euronics, it all went smoothly. The staff were friendly and kept things straightforward, and they got it working again quicker than I expected. No messing around, I’m really happy with how it turned out.

"Refund showed up eventually"
The refund did come through in the end, so no major drama, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I had to follow up once while I was on my lunch break, eating a slightly sad sandwich, and then it got sorted. Not a terrible experience, just a bit slower than it needed to be.

"Reeeally reliable delivery, tracking could be better"
Delivery was right on time, and I got a couple of texts before the driver showed up, which was handy. The box arrived in good shape and the driver was friendly and helpful. I’m taking one star off because the tracking page was a liiittle slow to update, but overall it was no big issue.

I had a bit of a problem at first, but they did get it sorted in the end. Overall, I’m happy enough with how it turned out and would say they’re worth considering.
